Do you accept walk-ins for grooming?

Please call for availability. We might be able to accommodate walk-ins depending on our schedule.

What is the charge for pick-up and delivery services?

The fee ranges from $10 to $20, depending on your location and distance.

What is the cost of grooming services?

Prices range from $50 to $150. A preliminary quote can be given over the phone, but an accurate estimate requires seeing the pet in person. Any quote given over the phone is not final and may change based on the animal's appearance in person.

How long does grooming take?

A typical grooming session takes a minimum of 3 hours to ensure thorough service. We'll communicate if additional time is needed.

Can you dematt my dog?

Yes, we offer dematting services. It can be painful for the pet and may take more time, incurring an extra cost. For severe matting, shorter fur cuts are recommended.

How often should my dog be groomed?

Every dog is different, but long-haired breeds should generally be groomed every 4 to 6 weeks. Routine grooming helps prevent mats, reduce shedding, and keep your pup looking and feeling their best.

Do you offer hypoallergenic shampoos?

Absolutely! We carry gentle, hypoallergenic grooming products for pets with sensitive skin or allergy concerns.

When does a cat need to be shaved?

If your cat's coat becomes heavily tangled or matted, shaving may be the safest and most humane option. We will always recommend the least stressful solution for your feline friend.

"My dogs always look great and their undercoats are greatly reduced. I love that I don’t have to book way in advance. David always tries to fit me in. One of my dogs is nervous at the vet and she refuses to let them touch her nails. David has a way with her that calms her and he is able to blow out her coat and trim her nails with no problem."
